Service & Repairs
This includes but is not limited to the service and repair of Axles, Winches, Gear-Boxes, Swing-Boxes, Hydraulic Cylinders, Engines and Booms. In essence, we can completely rebuild your crane.
Diagnostics – Years of experience, and unsurpassed knowledge of hydraulic systems, enable us to thoroughly diagnose and detect any problems with your crane’s hydraulic mechanisms and hardware.
Refurbishing – Our refurbishing services include rebuilding/repairing entire cabins and the re-upholstering thereof, all bodywork repairs e.g. fenders, bonnets, engine covers, pin locks etc, and when required, the new design and manufacture of these components. Additionally, we also re-upholster cabin seats and refurbish dashboards. Please enquire about our “Modernization” services.
Re-Conditioning – Another value add is the ability to “recondition as opposed to replace”. This option is often cheaper and carries a 3-month guarantee on mechanical work. Re-conditioning of Engines, Transmission, Axles, Winches, Gear Boxes, Swing boxes, Hydraulic Cylinders and Hydraulic Valves.

Electrical Repairs Re-Wiring
Where needed, we can rewire your crane, fit new lights, gauges, senders, repair starters and alternators. We outsource all computer box-related repairs to a reputable provider as these repairs need to adhere to specific criteria and may only be repaired by a qualified computer technician.
Workshop & Field Service – Our premises comprises of a total working area of 2000m2 with ample space for storage. This includes a wash bay, storeroom and workshop.
Our Workshop is equipped with two-yard cranes and two forklifts for the handling of large equipment and parts. We also have a truck that we use to pick up and deliver large crane components for our clients.
Our Field Service Fleet consists of three (3) fully equipped service vehicles. This enables us to provide immediate support and response. Our service vehicles adhere to the strict conditions set forth by the mining industry in terms of health & safety regulations and PPE standards.
The fleet service operates on a 24-hour call-out base.
